Indiana Connected By 25 is pleased to announce that four-time Olympic Gold Medal Winner, WNBA Champion and MVP Tamika Catchings will give an inspiring keynote speech at an evening benefiting foster youth. The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, and will raise funds for the nonprofit’s programs.
Catchings Helps Foster Youth
“Indiana Connected By 25 provides the financial, educational and social support young people who age out of foster care need to be successful and thrive by the age of 25,” said CEO Brent Kent. “Without parental support, these former foster youth fare dramatically worse than other 18-year-olds, often experiencing homelessness and struggling to complete school. The funds raised through this event will help them avoid those problems.”
Tickets are available for $50. For $75, supporters can attend a VIP reception that will include photos and a chance to meet Tamika.
